Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at [aotaclothing@gmail.com]. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
